2. Products
Protóleo offers original objects and design pieces, some of which are handmade or produced in small quantities.

Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of the work and do not necessarily constitute defects.

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device.

3. Availability and Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. Any specific arrangements will be communicated before the order is confirmed.


4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable VAT and any other charges will be determined according to the relevant tax rules and the customer's location. The charges payable for an order will be communicated at checkout where the website's checkout system supports this.

For international orders, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be payable by the customer upon arrival, depending on the destination country's rules.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or the payment methods made available at checkout.

Protóleo does not store customers' full payment card details on its own website. Payment processing is subject to the relevant payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

Works are shipped from Athens, Greece.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, size, weight, packaging requirements and nature of the piece. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout or communicated before an order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged where appropriate and permitted by law.
