1. Shipping from Athens
All works are shipped from Athens, Greece.

Each piece is packed with care, taking into account its size, weight, fragility and specific packaging requirements.

Shipping costs and available delivery options depend on the destination and the nature of the order.

2. Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout where available. If a piece requires special handling or an individual shipping arrangement, we will contact you with a quote before confirming the order.

Our standard shipping charges may include:

• Small objects: €60 worldwide shipping.

• Medium objects weighing up to 6 kg: €150 worldwide shipping.

• Large, heavy, fragile or custom orders: individually quoted before the order is confirmed.

These charges may be reviewed as shipping rates and packaging requirements change. Where an individual quote is needed, no additional shipping amount will be charged without informing you first.

For multiple-item orders, the shipping cost may need to be calculated individually, depending on whether the pieces can be safely packed and shipped together.

3. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times vary according to the destination, courier service and any applicable customs procedures. Any delivery estimate provided is indicative rather than guaranteed.

Made-to-order or customised pieces may require additional production time. Where relevant, we will communicate the expected timeframe before confirming your order.


4. International Orders and Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.


5. Delivery Information

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the information supplied is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery or return costs may arise.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before discarding any materials, and contact us as soon as possible.


6. Right to Withdraw and Returns
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers purchasing online generally have 14 days from receiving their goods to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
