1. The Nature of the Work
Protóleo presents objects and design pieces created by Demetrios Tzavaras.

Some works are handmade, produced in small batches or made using materials and processes that naturally result in individual differences. Variations in texture, colour, surface, finish and dimensions may therefore occur.

These characteristics are part of the individuality of the work and are not necessarily defects.

2. Product Images and Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to represent each object accurately through photographs and written descriptions.

However, the appearance of an object may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the characteristics of the materials used.

If a particular measurement, material or feature is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.

3. Materials and Care
Each object may require different handling and care depending on its materials, finish and intended use.

Unless specific instructions are provided with the product, we recommend:

• Handle objects carefully and avoid dropping or striking them.

• Keep them away from excessive heat, moisture or direct sunlight where these may affect the material.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh chemicals unless the product's care instructions expressly permit them.

• Clean gently with a soft, suitable cloth where appropriate.

• Keep objects on stable surfaces and use them only for their intended purpose.

Where an item has specific care requirements, those instructions should take precedence over these general recommendations.

4. Intended Use and Safety
Objects sold through Protóleo may be decorative, functional or intended for a specific use, as described on the relevant product page.

Do not use an object for food contact, as a toy, as a load-bearing item or for any other purpose unless that use is expressly indicated as suitable.

Keep fragile objects away from situations where they could fall, break or cause injury.

If you are uncertain whether an object is suitable for a particular use, please contact us before purchasing.

5. Natural Wear and Damage
Changes resulting from ordinary ageing, use, environmental conditions or inadequate care may occur over time.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unsuitable cleaning or failure to follow product-specific care instructions may not be covered by any voluntary guarantee offered by the seller.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

6. Intellectual Property
The photographs, text, designs and original creative works presented on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an object does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the design, artwork, photography or related material, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Reproduction, commercial use or distribution of these materials requires prior permission where required by law.

7. Questions
If you have questions about a particular object, its materials, care requirements or intended use, please contact us before placing your order.
